Since when do suspects under criminal investigation get to tell the investigators to stop?

Does Ghouliani actual believe that Mueller cares that tRumpco wants the investigation to end?

Congress -- and particularly Gowdy -- pursued, uh, I mean investigated Hillary Clinton for two and a half years and found nothing. Mueller has gotten five guilty pleas and issued numerous indictments. And Treason Tot's campaign manager is on trial right now!
