Erin Burnett of CNN led off her show tonight at 7 p.m. with this tweet. Also she reports that, Guilani and Trump are having a private meeting tonight face-to-face for the first time since Guilani took over the circus. She showed a clip where Guilani says "it's time for the torture of this president" to stop and he is also apparently setting up a deadline where the Mueller investigation has to be over by Sept 1.

So, I imagine that we will see one of two things from the Guilani-Trump meeting tonight:
A) A deadline for this to be over by Sept. 1 or else Trump will fire Mueller.
2) Just forget the deadline idea all together and fire him tomorrow in the Friday news dump.

I am enraged. I will post the EF CNN transcript as soon as it becomes available.

They could fire Mueller but if the Dems take the house, they can still impeach and carry on the investigation.

Giuliani-Trump will probably meet trying to come up with the best political script to energize their base for Nov - in a desperate effort to hang onto the house and avoid impeachment.

Then the GOP will cut Trumps throat before 2020 and try to take credit for it.

There's a bunch of ways it could go but we can bet they'll be scheming on how to maximize their grip on power after another theft of the Oval Office.
