Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsQQ - Anybody know what's actually being done to combat the Ohio early voting hours disparity?
I've heard lots of details on what the Repubs have done, but even on Ed Schultz's show, he and his two guests only talked about how bad/evil the Repubs were for doing it.
Is some sort of lawsuit or DOJ action being prepared? I can't see how on earth the huge difference in hours between districts would be legal.

(36,286 posts)announcement yesterday, and it didn't happen. The Democratic leaning counties are hung because the election boards are two Republicans, two Democrats. The tie vote means the hours are limited. The Secretary of State can break a tie vote and expand the hours. The fact that the big announcement hasn't happened may mean that someone turned on the lights, and all the cockroaches are scuttling for cover!
