Last night prosecutors filed a joint pretrial statement for Manafort's DC trial

@BritainEakin

Last night prosecutors filed a joint pretrial statement for Manafort's DC trial, expect their case to take 10-12 days, so roughly the same as the Virginia trial. Manafort says he's unsure whether he'll present a defense. If so, that will take 3-4 days.

@BritainEakin

Prosecutors plan to call as expert witnesses two FBI experts in forensic accounting and tracing, an IRS agent trained in taxation and accounting and will present "summary schedules of voluminous bank, tax, and other records."

@BritainEakin

Prosecutors also filed a 35-page exhibit last last night, which is filled with what appears to be lots of emails concerning Manafort's Ukrainian lobbying work.

Seems to be a major roadblock, considering the results of the last trial.

And understand how the world works.
No surprise 95% of DC voted for HRC. Lots of people that know govt and so know the Republicans are the party of lies and propaganda.

mentioned in another thread that you can bet there is some sort of surveillance on the jurors. at least watching them around the courthouse, and looking for sketchy characters trying to contact them.
maybe known manafort associates/russians that they would suspect could try that. they would be under every kind of surveillance.

i dont know how far he would/could go, but he is not doing nothing.

SCREENING. Facebook, and all social media. Consultants do this. The defense will do this - if Manafort doesn't flip. Cohen and the CPA are heavy bars to leap over for Manafort - unless he is sure of a juror fix it would seem.

Trump is too unpredictable to make a pardon likely.
