http://election.dos.state.fl.us/initiatives/initdetail.asp?account=10&seqnum=77So the judge denied their suit so now they are attempting, very quietly, to outaw it to their state consitution? How many people here know this? Rick Scott is now King of his own country?
Oh, man, these people won't take no for an awswer. If this is how I am reading this amendment, the Feds better start their own suit.

It is a little disconcerting--but not surprising--that Florida Republicans fail to understand that.
