She's a lot more strategic in her attention-grubbing than is her ex-boss. She goes for maximum impact, and she isn't going to get that right now.

Looking at some other rulings in regards to Red Don's arbitration agreements I don't think the tapes will be held up long though

..she recorded people she worked with, during a normal day's events. She did not record them with any intent to show people in any negative light, in my opinion. Therefore, there is not a lot of fodder in the recordings, in my opinion.
