Then there the possibility of a major chunk of Congress will be going to court too for the next couple years a big shift is upon us, contingency plans for unusual circumstance should be considered.

I'm not overly confident about anything right now, all I can do is try to see all the info I can because this is so bizarre.

Perhaps Congress should pass a law that the military should be required to inform the top eight members of Congress before they follow any military orders which are so confrontational as to put our troops in harm? They should not follow tweets or any decisions made without proper consultation.

Although, I think that's possible already an agreed upon procedure among the JCS. I think they made that clear regarding that LGBTQ tweet back a while ago. They stated that unless formal channels are used, they stand down. I'm sure their agreement goes beyond that.
