Maddow: Republican voter suppression efforts are deadly serious

Early voting is being stabbed to death in Ohio, and Republicans are holding the knives.

On Friday night’s episode of “The Rachel Maddow Show,” the MSNBC host explained that the state’s last three days of early voting, traditionally a time when churches and other urban community groups mobilize voters, have been canceled by Jon Husted, Ohio’s Republican Secretary of State. And that will mean longer lines in Democratic-leaning cities come election day.

President Barack Obama’s campaign has sued to overturn Husted’s decision, which he justified to a conservative radio host by saying, “We’re not 7/11.”

Problems relating to the need for decisive action on voting issues for years.

And the leadership was like "LAh ! Lah ! Lah ! We can't hear you."

This is one of the many reasons why I really believe that those at the top of both parties feel that they win regardless of who wins. It is all a charade for the entertainment of the masses. I mean, fucking Kissinger was first in power under Nixon, and he is still in power under Obama.

The more things change the more they stay the same. The Middle Class is deeply entrenched in the toilet, and trying to make me believe that the lever won't be flushed REGARDLESS of who wins is no longer possible.

Will things be better under Obama than under Romney/Ryan?

Yeah Yeah, right-i-o -- things will be marginally better. But the middle class is still foreclosed, still without jobs, or unemployment compensation.

And that 2 trillion plus needs to be made up somewhere and where better than grabbing the middle class' Social Security. Under either party, the Middle Class will still be facing the firing squad of the Cat Food Commission. All because Obama was "forced" to extend the Bush Tax credits.
