I deleted my thread. His claim was about Flint not Michigan as a whole and he was right about Flint.

top link is Nov, bottom is March. To verify you will need a calculator and some time but he is right.
I'll repeat my post on that thread:
He was talking about Detroit, IIRC.
And he was embarrassingly wrong.
Here are the number of Democratic Primary and Clinton GE votes for Detroit:
Primary: 60,375
General Election (Clinton / Kaine): 234,871
He was likely looking at the Primary results, which shows two columns: Total Votes (60,375) and Election Day (35,930). It's possible that he confused "Election Day" with general election results, while, in fact, that column shows only the primary votes on primary election day. The Total Votes (primary) includes absentee and early voting.
It's the only explanation I can conjure up and, yes, he is that craven. Or stupid. Or both.

Where are the numbers for Flint?

(36,875 posts)I only briefly scanned the thread before I trashed it (I usually try to stay out of the DU drama llama threads).
Edit: I am not calling you a drama llama... I am referring to how certain threads seem to play out.
