Women know what they are doing and it has been purposefully dressing and acting in a seductive way that makes any male around them go insane with desire to have sex with them. The sexy clothes, or just merely being a female is already saying “yes” just by existing. The male is powerless and is incapable of controlling himself in the presence of such overpowering femaleness.
