I wonder if Dr Blasey-Ford should refuse to answer any questions from their

hired gun ? A prosecutor...what does that say ?
I think her legal counsel should walk right up to that line. When they invited her, they said she was to be interviewed by the Judiciary Committee of the US Senate. Not interrogated by a prosecutor.

Imagine the optics.

I think it's highly unlikely. Dr. Ford will answer her questions. I imagine and hope the Democrats will constantly point out what a charade it is, and hopefully someone will have the courage to call them what they ALL are, COWARDS!

Senators are generally pretty polite to other Senators.
But who says anyone needs to be nice to a hired hit investigator?
If the Republican proxy gets out of line, I think Dem Senators will
be all over it. Wouldn't surprise if the whole thing is a chaos trap.

Though that might get her in trouble, as the GOP's designated woman will start melting if she gets splashed...

posting, depicting a Senate Rule with saying (paraphrased) that the Senate came hire someone to the panel.
The decision rests on Mr. Grassley and Diane Fienstien must consent.

As the news hasn't caught up yet with all that is unfolding, the question is has Diane Fienstien concented and if so, why, oh why?
