US House candidate, TX-25
Homeless, pregnant, and alone, I had to steal to eat. Mine is a tough story to tell, but it's not mine alone. I have encountered so many people who are just like me. We all struggle, we all face challenges, and we all need each other.

in the Democratic runoff after he came in first in the primary. I hope that she wins, but I have my doubts as to whether the voters picked the best candidate in the runoff election.
