First thing he said to me this morning was "I hope my dream comes true." I hope so too! The thing is he very rarely remembers his dreams. Shows how much this is getting to us all.

They reported that over the weekend someone came forward to Montgomery County police with information about Kavenaugh in the eighties. They are investigating. There is no statute of limitations on sex with children in their jurisdiction.

Not a lawyer, but i think any statute of limitations would not apply to a civil case.

and criminal charges--and a conviction--either keep him off SCOTUS and/or have him impeached and removed from the bench, be it SCOTUS or the DC Court of Appeals.
