Not interrupt questioners. Kavanaugh interrupts and refuses to answer qs. Leahy: we got a filibuster and not a single answer.

His responses are shrill, uncontrolled and distraught.
He's certainly far too emotionally sensitive and weepy for a position which requires objectivity, discipline of thought, and professionalism.
Maybe this weekend he could go shopping for clothes to calm down a little bit.
