He is trying to use up the time so they can not ask very many questions and blabbers continuously as to not actually answer questions that may make him look bad.

And that's not coming from a bias of sympathy for the women or anything like that, it's just objectively more jarring. He just snaps at them. To the men he just bloviates and goes off the rails. The men just face palm, the women are jarred by being interrupted mid question.
