Judicial Temperment

According to the American Bar Association, judicial temperament means that a judge exhibits "compassion, decisiveness, open-mindedness, sensitivity, courtesy, patience, freedom from bias and commitment to equal justice.

Watching Brett Kavanaugh this afternoon, I saw an out-of-control man alternately screaming and crying, interrupting Democratic Senators with rude, bullying and insensitive comments.


I saw a man angrily comment inferring some type of conspiracy against him because of his role in the Starr investigation of Bill Clinton.

I saw a rage that he was inacapable of controlling.

HE IS UNFIT.
