In a sane country, Kavie would be toast

Looks to me like he is simply the object to fight over in the struggle for the rich entrenched power to hang on to their power. Using Kavanaugh they will even grab more power through his concurrence with the other 4 entrenched white power old men on the SCOTUS.

No doubt lying, distorting etc. are simply tools of the trade for the entrenched powers.
