They may feel like fowl in the grass, and just react with a knee-jerk "take action" response.

So now, like stock market investors, they're arguing about who know's better if this will stink worse or die off if they wait.

Also arguing about how a yes vote will affect the mid-terms.

Unless there is doubt among some. Though that’s very vague. Do they mean like the old gang of whatever they are today or are they talking about democrats only? The only centrists I’m aware of anymore are Democrats. All Republicans have shown themselves to be more than supportive of far right.
