I did not watch any testimony today because I was at work

but I did attend a protest at my Republican Senator's office with 50 other women on my lunch hour.

Tell me what you saw and heard...

1. In short...

Dr. Blasey was more credible and authentic and honest than anyone could have imagined.

Kavanaugh came completely unhinged and showed the world that he is very much capable of the things being alleged of him. His choir boy persona was completely discarded and he was screeching about the Clintons and some big left wing conspiracy.

4. Agree with all but sadly

I think republicans have lost caring about anything but themselves and money and they will vote for him.

5. They will be punished for a generation if Kavanaugh is seated on the Supreme Court.

The same way it was predicted that Democrats would lose the South if they voted for the Civil Rights Act, the Republicans will lose women and minorities for a generation over this spectacle today. And for what? One seat on the Supreme Court that -- after the ridiculousness of the Merrick Garland nomination and this hearing today -- could not even matter come 2021 if a Democratic president nominates two additional Supreme Court Justices and they are approved with a simple majority by the Democratic-controlled Senate.

7. I heard today its worth it to them

Because he will be on court 40 yrs and they know all the decisions are made by court. All of their picks are young so they can wait out until people will vote for them again.

Makes me sick how they get away with it.

8. It won't matter if the Supreme Court is increased to 11 seats (or more).

And, thanks to Republicans eliminating the filibuster for Supreme Court nominees, all it takes is a Democratic president and a simple majority in a Democratic-controlled to nominate someone for the Supreme Court.

3. Honestly, it was sickening. At least for me.

Dr. Ford was clearly traumatized by the attempted rape. I believed her. I don't think she was lying. I hate that it affected her so much.

Kavanaugh sounded like an angry frat boy who was indignant at being caught.

And the sickening icing on the cake is that Dr. Ford's pain is now a political football.

6. Thats what really makes me mad

He is a spoiled rich boy threw a fit today and will probably get the candy from mommy he cried over.
