Kavanaugh will disappear into the dust bin of history

A footnote in the volumes of books to be written of the Trump regime.
He will do so bitterly complaining that "they" ruined his life; a life that will descend into despair starting now.
He will never acknowledge the responsibility he has for his own demise.
He has passed the point where he could have told the truth, saved his soul, exposed the corruption surrounding him, and brought healing to his victims.
He has blown the opportunity to have been a real American hero.

and accept the responsibility and seek atonement and for their actions the #MeToo movement would forward.
Women are awakening to a new found freedom to come forward with truth. We need men to stand up be witness to the horrible treatments they have shown to women and put an end to it.
The men who would do this, to me, will be heroes.

Kavanaugh will envy Merrick Garland, a nominee of unquestioned character who went down to a personal defeat but went down honorably.

that a company has the right to subject someone applying for a job to a polygraph test. But, not a judge?
If forced to take a polygraph he will withdraw his name. BUSTED and he knows his life will really be over if he has to take the test.

Kind of like the McCarthy Era. No one ever forgot his name. This is a full blown scandal and the sex aspects of it,which McCarthy did not have, will give it it's due place.

Many changes will be made...some sudden, some ongoing. I see this as the continuing of the Women's Suffrage Movement. Women will be empowered to learn how to say...Back off, Buster. Men will support them. family will listen. Politicians are already stepping down because they know their "peccadillos" may come back to haunt them. Women are flooding forward to stand for public office.

Kavanaugh will come to mean the wealthy, privileged, raging, dirty old white man. I can't imagine him even keeping the job he has after this.

if his name is pulled. Particularly, if the FBI comes up with criminal behavior. I think we will see the end of Brett Kavanaugh. I don't think he is strong enough to accept that level of report.

Whether it is through confession, heavy drinking and passing out, or a selective memory, he might have convinced himself that he is not guilty of any bad behavior/criminal activity. He is now a pure, church-going and loving husband and daddy.

However, he now has a wife who is probably highly suspicious about what really went on and two daughters who adore him. If all hell breaks loose and he loses his present job, the SCOTUS position AND his family, he won't be able to handle life anymore.

Just sayin'.

His daughters may appear to adore him on the outside, but may tiptoe on eggshells and be made to feel responsible for his rage - I can still remember my Mother saying “ don’t upset your Father you know how he gets when he drinks”

She pulled away from him, but I thought it might be embarrassment of being made an object of attention in front of all those people.

I found it interesting to watch their "friends" who were sitting behind him when he put on that show on Thursday. When he got angry and wasn't making much sense, the shocked looks were telling. I don't think many had ever seen him put on a display like that. His wife, on the other hand, sat there like she'd been through that scene before...kind of resigned to it.

Watch some old videos of that day and you'll see what I mean.

A lot of those think tanks seem to be a repository for lost souls...boards of corporations/banks, etc. I assume that is because they know too much, so you don't want to alienate them further. They DO take care of their own.
