It doesn't matter that the interviewer isn't making the actual decision. If you interupted one and yelled at them, I bet you would have a quick escort out the door and a no trespass notice......

The manic outbursts, the thirst, the sniffling, rapid eye movement, paranoia, etc.

Someone should have asked him if he would be willing to take an immediate alcohol and drug test.

If he has nothing to hide, just say yes. He is a govvie and subject to random testing anyway. Not that it EVER happens.

But the gov't, just like a private employer, can demand a test at any time.

When he says no though, it becomes news.

talking back, espousing wild conspiracy theories, refusing to answer questions....any of those would be disqualifying. Only a Republican would consider this jerk a candidate for anything other than treatment for substance abuse and anger management therapy.
