i don't know the details of these things but it always seems to be Waters.

In an interview I read he said that after Dark Side the band wasn't much into putting in the work and left it to Waters to get things done.

and apparently Gilmour and Mason joined Waters at one of his The Wall Tour shows on 12 May 2011 at the O2 Arena in London.

So, it isn't as though they have maintained the bad blood (at least not as much as before)
