Issa to piss away more money .... Oversight committee to file contempt case against Holder

Washington (CNN) -- The House Oversight Committee will file a civil contempt lawsuit against Attorney
General Eric Holder on Monday seeking the release of documents linked to a controversial weapons
crackdown, a Republican congressional source said.

Committee chairman Rep. Darrell Issa's official Twitter account seemed to echo the developments.

"We are filing charges against Attorney General Eric Holder tomorrow," the post late Sunday said.

In July, Issa conceded that investigators lack evidence that Holder knew of the failed weapons-tracking
tactics of Fast and Furious. The contempt citation, he said, was for Holder's failure to comply with
subpoenas seeking specific documents.
