PA-17: Keith Rothfus moves from Lean Democratic to Likely Democratic
Two weeks ago, the NRCC canceled what was left of its ad buy in Pittsburgh, all but conceding that Rothfus will lose reelection to new Democratic Rep. Conor Lamb. The die here was pretty much cast in February, when the Pennsylvania Supreme Court unveiled its new map and threw Rothfus and Lamb into a district that's eight points more Democratic than either of the ones they currently represent.
