Vice President Biden denounced Mitt Romney's Wall Street regulation plan today in stark terms.

Romney "said in the first hundred days he's going to let the big banks once again write their own rules -- unchain Wall Street," Biden told backers in Danville, Va.

"They're going to put you all back in chains," Biden added, presumably referring to Romney and new running mate Paul Ryan.

Some Republicans objected to Biden's use of the word "chains."
