Neither Party uses voting machines for Caucuses.

Not much, I assume, from your statement. First, people break into groups according to their party affiliation, they then vote on candidates using paper and pen, put the votes in a box, and the votes are counted by a group of people who check and double check before results are reported. Also, additions or subtractions to party platforms are discussed and voted on.

Votes are counted by hand. Can't make up something to satisfy you. Caucuses are old fashioned face-to-face discussion and voting.
