Hume says Ryan is supporting the Romney budget and Ryan seems to correct him. Then Ryan explains that he is running on the Romney budget, but doesn't know much about it. But that his (Ryan's) budget balanced the budget but that he (Ryan) doesn't have the first F'ing clue when or if Romney's budget would balance the budget.
Got that straight?
Hume: The budget plan youre now supporting would get to balance when?
Ryan: Well, there are different the budget plan that Mitt Romney is supporting gets us down to 20 percent of GDP government spending by 2016. That means get the size of government back to where it historically has been. What President Obama has done is he brought the size of government to as high as it hasnt been since World War II. We want to reduce the size of government to have more economic freedom.
Hume: I get that. What about balance?
Ryan: I dont know exactly what the balance is. I dont want to get wonky on you but we havent run the numbers on that specific plan. The plan we offer in the House balances the budget. Id put a contrast. President Obama, never once, ever, has offered a plan to ever balance the budget. The United States Senate, they havent even balanced, they havent passed a budget in three years.
Hume: I understand that. But your own budget, that you
Ryan: You are talking about the House budget?
Hume: Im talking about the House budget. Your budget will be a political issue in this campaign.
Ryan: The House budget doesnt balance until the 2030s under the current measurement of the CBO baseline.

You're on the ticket now ... the correct phrase is:
Ryan: Well, there are different the budget plan that WE Mitt Romney is supporting gets us down to 20 percent of GDP government spending by 2016.
Okay? Okay, proceed to lying.

The Ryan Budget is the albatross to Paul Ryan. Period. He owns that budget, and we're going to cream him so hard, he's going to be nothing but puddle.
