How would they do that even with a Constitutional amendment? Would people be grandfathered in? Would it be retroactive to a certain date? Would that make Trump not a citizen?

They're hoping that his signing the EO will provoke the ACLU to sue so it can go to SCOTUS where the conservative majority will interpret the 14th Amendment as not applying to undocumented immigrants.

To the Constitution, written in plain English (unlike the 2A), says something completely different from what it actually says.
They wouldn't dare ... would they?
That would most definitely provoke a major Constitutional Crisis.
