God help me for even suspecting this about a president, any president--even him. But with the asshole "militia" types on their way, the army on their way...how easy it would be for him to engineer some "rocks" being thrown. And he'd get his bloodbath. And he feels--probably correctly--that it would help him politically. Have we really sunk so far, that this could happen, and he'd pay no price for it...?

But I don't think it's inappropriate to take the president at his word and denounce him for advocating for war crimes or crimes against humanity. Let Trump explain himself, if he can. Army Times says deploying soldiers are preparing to protect their gear from theft by "militias." Apparently there are a couple hundred "militia" there already, and it's happened before.

20. This was somewhat my thought as well.

On Rachel's show last night she had a segment about how the military views this "caravan" including how it is breaking up along the way. So assuming Trump also knows this sets up for him to keep up this nonsense military build up on the border until after the election, and then withdraw, saying that "he" scared the awful brown people away by using "his" military muscle and how "he" saved us from an "enemy invasion".

My thought all along is that he’s bellowing this horrific rhetoric, inflating the numbers and making these ridiculous moves with the hope that the journey proves too much for many and he can claim credit for the smaller crowd that actually makes it. Not to mention the most likely will be the stronger young adults and he can support his claim that it’s not families and shooting them isn’t so bad.
