2. I feel similar to 2016

In fact I am not having an election night party this year. This is because I want 2018 nothing to do with 2016. So I am not gonna celebrate anything until I like the results. I’ll be watching cnn and probably drinking wiskey.

As for the cold open, it was a depressing parody, because it's not really that far off. And tens of millions of people in the US fall for (or even enjoy) that fear-mongering.
