My sense from politicos here Ive talked to is that folks dont know what a massive turnout like that does, but lots of sense it will be generally good for Dems, even if it doesnt get Beto over the top.

Cracks in 65 and older support of republicans
And women, women, women. Even in Texas. A huge female favors democrats

As far as the chances for Beto are concerned, that is. This race is statewide and in Texas, it's all those smaller districts that hurt us because those votes add up. If O'Rourke can pick up enough votes from the smaller districts he could pull this off.
