The only definition a republican has for “bipartisan” is “completely my way”.

Stop saying “bipartisanship” over and over. With all due respect to a man I have a great deal of respect for, “bipartisanship” didn’t work out at all for Obama.

This is standard language used in order to appear reasonable. It is a political strategy.

Senator Reid was a master at this, appearing to be bi-partisan but constantly shoving a knife into the GOP.
