D investigations of tRump/Rs will have a POSITIVE effect on the 2020 elections for Ds

You can already hear the Rs and the idiot pundits warning Ds that going after tRump “may backfire,” that the people “voted for healthcare, not investigations” etc.

Friends, this is bullshit.

The American people more than anything voted for a check on tRump and the Rs. They are EXPECTING the Ds to investigate. In fact, the biggest mistake Ds could make is to not investigate.

The public is against FAKE investigations, like the ones the Rs brought against Bill and Hillary. They are against wasting taxpayer money on vindictive circus acts ginned up by Faux News. What they are FOR are investigations that reveal and prosecute actual wrong doing. And that’s why Ds must investigate and bring the ugly truth to light.

Doing so will have a positive effect for Ds in 2020. The American people want to see honesty and honor returned to the system, and Ds have their mandate to do just that. Ds making the rounds on TV have wisely settled on the mantra that they will be able to “walk and chew gum” when it comes to balancing legislating and investigating. What now needs to be driven home is that it is their obligation and sworn duty to do both.

America will reward Ds for doing a hard and necessary job...and doing it well.
