Has Whitaker had time to look at all the evidence that Mueller has collected?

Like a good soldier, will he be reporting his information to the Trump when he returns from Europe?

Or will Rosenstein and Mueller try to slow-walk the evidence dispensed until Whitaker is replaced by Chris Christie? Would Christie be worse than Whitaker?

Will Trump simply wait out the controversy until another controversy replaces it? In the end, he will stop the Mueller report from becoming public information?

What's the game plan here?

Everthing that Sessions knew Whitaker took right back to Trump, just in case Sessions was holding anything back from Trump. He was Trump's insurance policy at DOJ

That would definitely be obstruction of justice.

(Maybe that is why Trump is saying that he "does not know him"? And he is sending a message to Whitaker about how he should respond to such questions?

This is very similar to the Trump Tower meeting that Trump didn't know about.

For Trump?

They are both very corrupt, in my opinion.

...Trump will not appoint him. IF Christie is chosen, it is because he and Trump already have a deal, in my opinion.

This is likely a distraction balloon. But Trump really is not smart enough to assess how Christie really feels about him.
