House Update NYT 227- 198 We lead in 4 and could take 3 others Currently gained 32 Seats

Democrats currently lead in 4 seats

CA 10 1.8%
NJ 3 1.1%
NY 22 0.6% (no early voting)
UT 4 2.4%

Those all look safe

We are currently behind in ME2 BUT with no majority it will go to a forced recalculation based on 2nd choice preference and we are very likely to pick that up.

CA45 we trail by 2009 votes and the absentee votes have been reducing Mimi Waters lead

GA7 is in recount territory and we are only behind 901 votes there. We could go ahead on provisional and contested votes

Of the 20 seats that NYT said were leaning Dem we won all 20

Of the 30 Toss up seats we won 14 and lead in 4 Republicans won 9 and lead in 3

likely split will be 20 to 10

Of the 30 seats were leaning GOP we won 2 and could take 1 more.

Likely outcome: we will probably gain 37-38 seats

Thanks for posting this. I couldn't really keep track of things, so this helps underscore the sheer enormity of the D's win!

The lesson the media needs to learn is that the election is NOT over on Election Night. Provisional and other non-standard ballots are critical and need to be factored in.

Let's keep this story at the top, as it is the top story of the election!
