4. There Is A Bit Of Reality Check On That

Some of the people polled are really not that interested or plugged in, but as long as their 401k is doing ok, and the economy seems to assure their employment, they are oblivious to the other outrageous crap.

My guess (and only a guess) is that at least a 3rd of those approving are basically saying, "Yeah, ok by me." The other 2 thirds of that 38% are just assholes.

On Edit: Should have mentioned, that my one third is based upon what i see around work. It's a big place so it's easy to contact a lot of people who would have that attitude. Kind of approving while holding their nose.

But, that would make them the silly type who worry about what happened in the last 90 days and ignore what the 401k did since 2012

7. I'm waiting for the Post Paris Debacle rating.

Even the 401K watchers had to get glimpses of some of the gutless and degrading unpatriotic acts/ommissions and dissing of dead American soldiers. Our French allies, as usual, excelled with the magnificent public events held. He's still pouting and waiting for HIS parade.

OTOH, I can see he would have stuck out garishly like a sore thumb probably grinning and preening for the cameras. Our illegal pResident doesn't know anything other than how to con...to berate...to make fun of people. At least he saw that these were not called for in these moments and spared us all cringing in shame.

FINALLY!

It pisses me off that the sexism and racism was OK with all these people, but I am glad to see them turning against him.

9. Getting time for his Congressional Republican unwilling cohorts to

check in with constituents...see if they, themselves are in electoral danger. When that happen for real, the conversation will change. No one is going to lose their position over Orange Drama Queen with clear mental issues.

Yes, we now have the House, but that just starts the battle. It will be won, IMO, by a group of Republicans nervous about their own political hides. Keep thinking Nixon Redux. Hope it happens...and sooner rather than later.

At the pace he's giving the finger to important issues, even with his Base Base, his rating and their re-election hopes will hopefully slip again and again until ....

10. Let's face it. His approval rating should be about 20 - 25% tops in any sane political environment.

This guy has created so many low moments that his supporters really have stopped paying attention for the most part. He has lowered the bar so much that just getting up in the morning and spouting some more lies usually gets him back into that 35-40 % range after a few days.
