Plan B - Press tactics?

It's been almost two horrible years and the press keeps playing right into Zero's game.

Any ideas for a change? Other than walking out - (which capitalism dictates won't happen).

I was thinking....Act like everything Zero says is true and formulate questions accordingly. For a moment, stop confronting and act "confused."

Examples (sure there are zillions):

1. "The country was so scared and worried when you told us that VERY bad people were going to invade our country. Where exactly is this invasion force now? When will they get here? Should we start preparing and should citizens move out of their homes and move away from the border so they will be safe?"

2. "Just a followup - It was so scary when you told us that 3-4 million illegals voted for Hillary. What is the status of that? Did your commission find those horrible people. And if not, what are you doing to stop it from happening again?"

3. " You said Mexico would pay for the wall. Have they issued a check yet?"

The press shows up every day and asks questions in order to lay down a marker for history that the Constitution guarantees the right of the people to question their president -- via members of the free and independent press.

This president would be only too thrilled to have only his RW stooges at briefings and availabilities.

Reporters exercise that right in order to keep it.

Now, the problem lies in the fact that the White House Correspondents Association ceded credentialing authority to the WH press office some decades ago. This WH has taken the opportunity to allow entry to stooges, shills and even white nationalist sympathizers.

Reporters covering Congress have their access guaranteed in law. Not so for WH reporters and that needs to be remedied.

See FB page "People's Bill Of Rights For White House Transparency" for more.

their rights. Not sure where you got that. Nor was I suggesting ‘right wing stooges’ replace reporters.

What I am suggesting is that their tactics have been far from effective over the last two years. We are not dealing with normal here. We are dealing with a master at media manipulation. Perfect example...trump’s sham press conferences with the helicopters whirling in the background. It is surely by design on his part. The public can not hear the question, which allows him to ramble about anything he wants.

Trump’s biggest ploy is to do/say something crazy and get away with it because he can obfuscate and claim he is being antagonized and then throw another ball up in the air. I think it would completely throw him for a loop....if the press just acted more like a neutral party while holding his feet to the fire. And stop asking traditional open ended questions.

I cited examples above...sure their are zillions.
