The REAL reason for the BLOTUS Fear of Rain Syndrome...
I have seen this mentioned randomly in a few comments, and just recently by Anna of TYT.
It's so obvious in hindsight...
Q: WHEN can The Orange BLOTUS go out in the rain ?
A: When he can wear a HAT. Like at golf courses, etc.
Or when a pint of hairspray will do the job...
But if it's gusty, rainy, and HATS are NOT appropriate...
Like at funerals or somber occasions that etiquette would forbid such attire...
Out in such inclement weather, his fancy, fragile, and fake coiffure would MELT, drooping down upon his sad dome of dumbness.
It would look SOOO UGLY, and he'd be SOOO mocked.
No fucking way he's gonna risk that.
