Corporate guardianship

Found out that the company trying to get guardianship of my mother I filed to do it. These so called professional take over and enter into contracts, take money, steal graves came about because of the medicaid recovery act from 1993. Democrats sponsered bill signed by Bill Clinton. This needs to be fixed. I had posted about this on going problem I was going to reference but when I go to my posts they are missing. Other people who had posted had mentioned that they had seen it in some news articles. I met with my lawyer today and the court is leaning to protect the companies rather than giving me guardianship. The nursing home failed to file. They keep asking me about her income. The checking account was signed over to them. I told them they would just have to get a copy of her last application everything is ditto. Now they want the graves of my Grand Father and my Grand Daugher and the empty one that is for my 90 year old mother when she dies.

Nice little cottage industry. They file for guardianship they can take out credit cards, they take life insurance, they can take graves and they pay themselves. All to repay in theory medicaid. So what they are doing is taking property and income from poor and working class and transferring it companies. All yes after that then the families are left with burial charges that the life insurance and the grave was for. Forgot they can take out life insurance policies and they can deny medical care and make other medical decisions.

I am almost sure they own all the women in the locked wing my mother is in.
Judge Lemons has taken the word of a corporation over me. In fact there was not a hearing. There was one scheduled but they cancelled I had to take time off of work to go just to find out.
Me and my family visit her and they don't like it. I want her out of that place.
