Apple vs. Samsun should be thrown out of court

The trial is a publicity stunt. They are exploiting our attention because their brands are in trouble. This is the most cynical behavior corporate America uses to protect it's brand value, they've created a spectacle in another direction. These companies have been stealing trade secrets since they have been in business. It has never been a problem until the collective view of their how their industry produces their products was under attack direct attack.

The stories about working conditions haven't stopped, only the coverage of them has. I really wish the judge would just throw these clowns out for their crass charade.

Google warned Samsung not to copy Apple. They foolishly did not listen.

The foreign company will be paying the American company. Big time.
