The three faces of illegitimacy of the three branches of government for me.

None of these three men deserve to be sitting in the office that they are or will be sitting in them. All of them have spent their lives living in deceit and contempt of others. All of them diminish the value of the office that they hold simply by holding it.

Hopefully all three will receive their just comeuppance at some point down the road.

The wicked sometimes get away with their wicked ways, while the good go unrewarded or worse. Do we believe in a movie ending, where the good guys win and the bad guys are made to pay? Is real life like that? In the movie, the bad guys get away with their bad deeds, even murder, while the good are unrewarded, and even a genuinely good person who is a priest is stricken with blindness.

I wish these unworthy vile people were not in their offices. I wish they would be removed. I am hopeful, but that is all.

I do not call it "our system won out over evil" if Trump remains in office but doesn't win re-election, because of all the damage he will have done by 2021. People are dying because of wackos following Trump's violent messages. The environment is suffering permanent damage. If our system works, it will remove Trump well before 2020. I have hope in the House, now that the Democrats are in control. I have hope in the Mueller investigation.
