Trump's Secretary of State hand-delivered plan to protect Saudi crown prince from murder probe

Trump’s Secretary of State hand-delivered plan to protect Saudi crown prince from murder probe

https://www.rawstory.com/2018/11/trumps-secretary-state-hand-delivered-plan-protect-saudi-crown-prince-murder-probe-report/

The Trump administration official hand-delivered the plan last month in Riyadh, exactly two weeks after Khashoggi’s brutal murder Oct. 2 inside the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, reported Middle East Eye.

A senior Saudi source told the website the plan includes an option to blame the Washington Post columnist’s killing on an innocent member of the ruling al-Saud family to shield the crown prince and others at the top.

But that person has not yet been chosen, and Saudi leaders are still holding back on much of the plan until the pressure on bin Salman becomes too much to bear.

The U.S. State Department denied the Saudi source’s claims, saying they were “a complete misrepresentation of the secretary’s diplomatic mission to Saudi Arabia.”

I also think intel knew ahead of time, and told trump about this before it happened , and he did nothing. It may be just a matter of time before its exposed. Intel agencies around the world are watching all these criminals closely now, and have been I think for some time. For him to say they don't know anything yet is a lie, they know.

I forget how long before the killing but Jared met with the Crown Prince and passed on US intel
to him that let him know that we thought he wanted to kill Khashoggi.

They are pursueing their agenda while the MSM is diverted by their ridiculous escapes. Everyone of the people in this administration have absolutely no regard for the Constitution. They are lawless unprincipled thugs and are being allowed to get away with the most brazen character assassinations anyone who opposes them. They are writing their own self serving laws such as in their recent attempts to silence criticism in the wake of the CNN reporter controversy. The are working diligently and with determination to destroy the most essential element of a democracy; the Free Press. They are being allowed to engage in outright lawlessness with the approval and explicit assistance of the ruling members of renegade Republican Party. Their party is totally corrupt. It is nothing but a party of gangsters who are intent in establishing a authoritarian presidency with an cadre of oligarchs to rule the nation. It may too late due to the timidity of the free press to challenge them. It may indeed be one of the major coups in history that could bring down the separation of powers upon which is essential for checks on power without a shot being fired.

that we need Saudi Arabia as an ally as a rationale for doing nothing about this murder?

The freaking Saudis were behind 9/11.
The freaking Saudis fund madrassas all over the world that create terrorists.
IMO it is Saudi Arabia that is the major contributor to terrorism and not Iran.

I guess if a country gives hundreds of millions of dollars to the Trump crime family our country should turn a blind eye to murdering journalists.

11. That will be Trump's downfall. The Saudis WILL offer him money to let this situation blow over

That will be Trump's downfall. The Saudis WILL offer him money to let this situation blow over
because that's all they've got to offer; and he will accept it, because that is what the Trumps and the Kushners do. They believe they are above the law. But nothing remains a secret forever, and just like some Saudi leaked the info in the OP, I believe there are some remaining Saudis with some integrity who find this spoiled bitch of a crown prince reprehensible, and will leak the information if there is a payoff.

if Saudi Arabia calls in a favor to Trump for giving his crime family hundreds of millions of dollars, maybe just a little favor like war with Iran?

It was reported that he delivered a sanctions proposal, and the Prince went bezerk in anger over it. I think that's what I read. ???

It's shameful that we have no trust in this President to know that he wouldn't deliver a protection plan instead of a sanctions plan.

I saw it with my own eyes. The first country Trump went to was SA. He got to touch the glowing orb and do the sword dance, not to mention the hundreds of millions of dollars the Saudis have given to Trump.

Trump lied about the weapons the Saudis are buying from us. Trump lied about the jobs it would create in America. The Black Hawk helicopters are scheduled to be assembled in Saudi Arabia.

What other reason did we have for sending Pompeo to them if it wasn't to deliver a confidential message?

13. Trump, Pompeo and probably Jared are all accomplices to Khashoggi's brutal murder.

There was no other reason for Pompeo to fly to SA for a 15 minute meeting unless it was a message that someone was afraid could be overheard or rerecorded.
