His girlfriend was in bed in a t-shirt and underwear. It sounds like they got in a fight, he wanted her out and ended up dragging her out of the apartment.

Unfortunate and uncool, but it doesn't sound like he was beating her in the manner a serial abuser would.

Avenatti has cameras that recorded the whole thing according to his attorneys who have provided the video to LA PD:

He wanted to prove that none of that dragging happened.

This smacks of what happened to Franken and Ellison. It's almost the exact same script as the Ellison hit job—especially the dragging out of bed.

to his law partner; he owes a ton of money in back taxes; his law firm received an eviction order for over $200K in back rent; he is separated from his second wife; apparently he does not communicate very well with his girlfriend and has failed to workout financial arrangements of their relationship; Stormy Daniels -- Avenatti's client -- has been ordered to pay trump's legal fees in dismissed defamation suit; he has been arrested, booked and bail set for a domestic dispute; he may have hurt Dr. Ford's case against Kavanaugh; and who knows what else.

Doesn't sound like Democratic Presidential material to me; however, I do like how he irritated trump at one time.

Both believe their hero is a no bullshit taking, afraid of nothing fighter for the cause.

Bankruptcies are pooh-poohed.

Both sides believe there's a vast conspiracy working hard to take their guy down.

Neither is qualified to be president but their supporters believe they are.

Supporters think any accusation against their idol is right off the bat false and their man is above reproach.

Supporters think their guy is in the same league as Teddy Roosevelt, Mueller, Washington, Franken and so on.

for Miniutti's legal representation. The case of the pillow confrontation. Life in the fast lane in southern California-L.A. fast lane. But if you don't live in L.A. or haven't ever ,you would not know anything about all that. Shortly after Snowden settled in over in Russia and after the elections in Russia, Putin had a phone in ,a ask and answer televised open secession . Snowden called in , had a lot to say, but Putin with a smile on his face said to Snowden ,you same as I, am an agent.

An Agent. Lots of agents of opportunity out there. So what is an agent where it all comes down to Russian interests ? Opportunists are loyal only to the providers of opportunity.

This is not to say it all comes down to that, although that is possible. Oh the days of fine conversation on shores of Santa Monica, where the information highway is endless as does seem the ocean. I don't see Minuitti as a struggling actress working the tables at establishments where important people are known to frequent like others do. The job that pays the rent.

And at the very least this thing jams up Avenatti's PR campaign which is what I think it's all about. So damage, and than damage control.

Life in fast lane and endless complications . But than there is the lay'ed back crowd ! Real California people !
