(13,877 posts)I think this is Barbara Underwood's doing. She even looks like a bulldog...the powerful, fiesty and deadly kind. The Cretin's little piggy bank to get elected is meeting the hammer of the NYAG. Also, it's a state case, so pardons don't apply.
Maybe this is why he is even further unhinged? Not that he cares about his kids...he doesn't...but he cares about the MEMEMEMEME part of it...his finances, his election fraud, ad nauesum.

Gaming the judicial system is daily business for Old Yeller and those like him. I find it disturbing this is allowed to continue.
I suppose it's ironic The Amoral Class is so quick to blame people on assistance for gaming the system when they themselves rely on a completely analogous process for their daily bread on an industrial scale.
Is it due to projection, diversion, ignorance, or plain contempt driving them to be so hateful? Denying those in need pennies when they are helping themselves to the vault?

(34,510 posts)said that courts should not be attempting to assess the motivation of the prosecutor for bringing charges but instead whether they are based on fact, etc.? Too bad the Manafort judge in VA, who accused the prosecutor of going after Manafort only to squeeze him into giving up Trump, didn't know this.

(22,191 posts)charity as a tax write off, when it fact, it wasn't. Besides being a fed. crime, it's also a state crime. I'm not sure if one can redo tax returns already filed if false information was willingly used to complete the returns (and pay fines/etc.) but it is clear that intent was there to defraud.
