#BREAKING: The New York State Supreme Court just denied the motion to dismiss our lawsuit against the Trump Foundation and its directors: @realDonaldTrump, Donald J. Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump. https://on.ny.gov/2QeeuP6

The Trump Foundation functioned as little more than a checkbook to serve Mr. Trump’s business and political interests. There are rules that govern private foundations, and we intend to enforce them—no matter who runs the foundation.

NY is asking for 2.8 million dollars and dissolution of the charity. I wish they would find something to charge someone with.

something might be discovered that turns it into a criminal case then otherwise it would be easier to just settle it rather than argue with the state.

Until that happens though they are just seeking 2.8 million in damages.

I wish they would file some criminal charges if their basis for the lawsuit is that laws were broken.

And you can start by throwing his corrupt family in jail.

Would drive him crazy and nothing he can do could stop it.

There was a lawsuit against my former employer one of her decisions led to my former employer's eventual bankruptcy. At the time, I was generally in charge of the company's legal strategy but in that particular case, the CEO took the reins from me. My goal would have been settling but the CEO was convinced that we were going to win and I wasn't so convinced. We were up against another firm that was far bigger and had fatter pockets. I was convinced that the case would go on until we either lose or run out of money. The company ran out of money. On the upside, that led to me starting my own firm.

Anywho I'm saying all this to say this judge is a hard ass and I'm ok with it!

They are thankful they have made it this long without being put behind bars. None of them (including the Donald) thought he would become *President but when he did all they could see was $$ signs.
