Trump adviser admits there's a 'vast right-wing conspiracy' against the Clintons

Appearing on Fox News Sunday, the former deputy campaign manager of Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential run admitted that conservatives engaged in a “vast right-wing conspiracy” to undermine the Clintons just as former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton charged.

Speaking with host Chris Wallace, David Bossie was describing Trump’s enemies when he made the admission.

“A vast left-wing conspiracy, very similar to what Hillary Clinton called the vast right-wing conspiracy,” he added as host Wallace interrupted him by saying, “Which incidentally didn’t turn out to be true.”

No, it was true,” Bossie corrected the Fox News host. “Chris, there was an effort by the conservative movement to undermine President Clinton.”

David Bossie, it should be noted, was behind the Citizens United case, which was based on a movie attacking Hillary Clinton.

Hardly news to Democratic ears. But it's nice to hear it from the horse's mouth once in a while.

Which, given who the GOPee installed as Speaker even as they were attempting to oust Clinton over a minor (and legal) indiscretion, would certainly figure.

We now know Hastert was. It would stand to reason some others involved in the Clinton impeachment effort might have been as well.

If the Clintons ever had a nemesis, it was Dave Bossie.

Of course, they've had so many since '92. I never fully understood the right's abiding and visceral hatred of the Clintons.

Yes, he beat a sitting GOP president. But I know today's Republicans couldn't care less about Poppy Bush, whom many now consider a RINO.

For such dense and shallow people, Republicans are certainly complicated sometimes.

Underthematrix posited that Bossie's probably signalling to Mueller that he's ready to cooperate in exchange for leniency.

I'm sure Mueller would be happy to hear from him. But come clean, or don't come at all as they say.
