The draft court documents obtained by NBC News provide the most extensive account to date of Corsi's contact with Mueller's prosecutors.
The interviews began on Sept. 6 when Corsi told investigators that an associate, identified by Corsi as Stone, asked him in the summer of 2016 to get in touch with an organization, identified by Corsi as WikiLeaks, about unreleased materials relevant to the presidential campaign, the draft court papers say.

"Get to (Assange) [a]t Ecuadorian Embassy in London and get the pending (WikiLeaks) emails," read the email to Corsi dated July 25, 2016, according to the draft court documents.

(82,849 posts)Oh, I'm not talking about Corsi or Stone; hell, those fuckers are so crooked they need to be screwed into their pants each morning. Everyone knows that. No, what I'm talking about is how Corsi and Stone could be so sure that the "impact planned to be very damaging." They knew for a fact that they could throw this bone and the media would go chasing after it, putting the worst possible spin on it to damage the Clinton campaign.

(14,966 posts)hoped to accomplish by putting it out there is not clear. They were never filed in court, Corsi is claiming they are from OSC's negotiation/attempt to get him to plead guilty to whatever.
I guess I should not expect any right wing conspiracy-monger morons to be engaged in an eight-dimensional chess game, but I cannot see how Corsi thinks these documents being public helps him, or Trump, or anyone else for that matter.
