So I don't mind if Mueller keeps digging, or Schiff keeps digging, or Nagler keeps digging, or Waters keeps digging, or whoever it is - or how long they keep digging into trump & comp. Hey, to all those like donald who whine about witch-hunts - you didn't have any problem at all when Ken Starr was doing it.

Clapper is a goddamned war criminal who led us into the war in Iraq. He lied to Congress about spying on Democratic Senators and just because he's going after herr drumpf doesn't mean I will ever have any respect for this guy. He should be in jail awaiting trial for crimes against humanity.

Folks,

I think you missed what I was implying here. Hell if Satan himself went after trump, that would be fine with me. But I wouldn't forget who the devil was. Too many seem to applaud folks simply for blasting the fraudulent interloper in the white house. But I don't hold many of these people in any kind of high regard - including Brennan, Clapper, Michael Hayden, and any number of generals leading our troops in our endless wars of slaughter. The fact that President Obama picked this guy doesn't wipe the slate clean. He may have had many reasons to appoint him, but so what? He is still a friggin' criminal.

When he lied about spying on the Senate offices and then got caught, I remember folks here being quite upset about it. But in this non-stop shit-storm news cycle world we live in, it's sometimes hard to remember what actually happened a few years ago.

He also served under Clinton, lil' bush as well in high level positions. He was George "slam dunk" Tenet's chief of staff - one of the chief assholes who helped lead America into an illegal war in Iraq. I should know - I spent OIF3 in a shit hole called Abu Ghraib.

So no - this isn't info wars, and I don't appreciate the deprecation in the comments below.

From the NY Times July 31, 2014

WASHINGTON — An internal investigation by the C.I.A. has found that its officers penetrated a computer network used by the Senate Intelligence Committee in preparing its damning report on the C.I.A.’s detention and interrogation program.

The report by the agency’s inspector general also found that C.I.A. officers read the emails of the Senate investigators and sent a criminal referral to the Justice Department based on false information, according to a summary of findings made public on Thursday. One official with knowledge of the report’s conclusions said the investigation also discovered that the officers created a false online identity to gain access on more than one occasion to computers used by the committee staff.

And when questioned about the CIA spying on our elected officials inside the United States, Brennan lied.

You blame Brennan for what some employees of the CIA did. That seems rather unfair to me. That's after you confused Brennan with Clapper.
BTW It was not proven that Brennan lied about the spying. He had the IG investigate the spying. The Senators calling for his resignation called it a failure of leadership, not a lie.

Why you would believe him at all. And blaming the underlings is weak. You think the top dogs at the CIA were plausibly unaware they were spying on the Senate?

36. Sure, Brennan ran an agency with more than 20 thousand employees
Thu Nov 29, 2018, 10:10 PM
Nov 2018

and he was supposed to know exactly what they were doing. He has about 1 second per day to monitor each one.
Then, when he is informed of what some employees may be doing, he gives the info to the IG and the IG investigates, but somehow you still blame the head of the agency--the one who ordered the investigation--in spite of the actual findings of the investigation.

Nevermind that DNC provided everything the FBI asked for WRT to the Servers he's talking about.

He constantly waves around 'where's the DNC Server' like it's a magical talisman. He does so simply because the DNC didn't physically hand the hacked Servers over ... but that's because the FBI never asked the DNC for them, they asked for IMAGES, i.e. exact copies of what was ON the computers, which IS, for all practical purposes 'the Server'. The hardware itself would provide absolutely no investigatory value above that of the Images of the what's on the servers Hard Drives.

FBI long ago confirmed complete cooperation by the DNC with all their requests, but Trumpie thinks he 'has something', I'm sure because Hannity probably harps on it all the time. Neither of them understand jack shit about computers for one thing but even if they did, they don't care. They know the Faux-Nooz knuckle-draggers of the Trump Cult will buy into this 'never handed over the servers' as being indicative of some skull-duggery by the DNC, because they're a bunch of fucking morons, living in a fantasy-world.
