Saw the headline yesterday about outsourced medicaid 'saving money'...by not actually paying for services.

in MS. They had strong black turnout, had "improvement the suburbs," "10% jump" in one big one, but just not enough of them. It's still a heavily rural state, and some areas were very heavy, "Trump-level," support for that dreadfully racist, pathetically incompetent Republican candidate. Even that was probably at least in part more rejection of Democrats than support for her.
