Just an aside. Your very interesting OP headings and texts would be much easier to read with better usage:

"there best" = their best

"But, there fighting an uphill battle" = they're fighting

I'm no grammar policeman, but it's really so much easier to read when a few basic conventions are followed!

They've said they will rule in time for Nov 6, but it's going to be a close call. The court is split 3-3 (with the fortunate expulsion of Orie because she's under indictment). We've got a chance, but there are 758K voters that will be denied their rights at the polls right now and Obama only won by 650K votes four years ago. The GOP knows this and that's the only reason behind the bill. The judge who ruled in favor of the law, Simpson, is well known for his extreme right-wing views and despite Turzai's comment being introduced into the record, he completely ignored that in his 70 page ruling. There's a lot of latitude for the PASC in this one.
